SR1 medical evidence now turned round within two working days
Extra administrative capacity has cut the turnaround for Special Rules medical evidence from five working days to two for routine requests, and to the same day where the patient is expected to die within days.
Autumn flu and COVID-19 vaccination clinics
Saturday and Tuesday morning clinics for patients aged 65 and over, pregnant patients and at-risk groups. Walk-ins accepted while stock lasts.

Administrative requests can now be submitted online
Fit notes, travel letters, insurance reports and SR1 requests can be submitted through a form on this site instead of queueing on the telephone.
