Accessibility statement

This statement applies to this website only, not to the practice building.

We want as many people as possible to use this site. It uses the NHS digital design system, a linear reading order, a skip link, visible focus outlines, semantic headings, and text that reflows to one column on small screens.

Display tools

The buttons at the bottom right of every page change text size and switch on a high-contrast view. Your choice lasts until you close the browser. The site works at 200% browser zoom.

Compliance

We believe the site meets WCAG 2.2 at level AA. It does not rely on colour alone, all images have text alternatives, and form fields have visible labels.

Known limitations

  • PDFs linked from here may not be tagged, because they come from other organisations
  • The site search returns page titles, not excerpts
  • The site is only available in English; Welsh is not provided

Reporting a problem

Tell reception on 020 7946 0812 or email reception@riverlightmedical.nhs.uk. We reply within five working days. If you are not satisfied, complain to Ruth Kenward or to NHS England.
